Mark Morris and Maurice Golker established Investream in June 2002, having previously, as directors of Jones Lang LaSalle, founded and operated Private Client Real Estate, creating a portfolio of £1.5 billion. The team have an excellent and established record of success in all real estate sectors, particularly multi-let offices, shopping centres and student accommodation.

High returns have been achieved by fully integrating our investment, finance, asset and property management expertise, whilst maintaining independent relationships with all lenders, agents and service providers.
